No dentist–patient relationship

Using the Site, sending us a message or submitting an appointment request does not by itself create a dentist–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen and accepted as a patient at our office.

Appointment requests

Appointment requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until a member of our team contacts you to confirm a date and time. Please do not use website forms for urgent matters.

Offers & pricing

Special offers, such as our dental implant special, are subject to change or withdrawal at any time, are valid only for treatment at our office, and may not be combined with other offers. Advertised prices exclude additional procedures noted in the offer (for example, bone or tissue grafts). Eligibility is determined after a clinical examination. Insurance coverage varies by plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property
