This Privacy Policy applies to sfpacoimadental.com (the "Site"), operated by San Fernando Pacoima Family Dental ("we," "us," or "our"), 11208 Glenoaks Blvd, Pacoima, CA 91331. Information you give us. When you request an appointment or send us a message, we collect what you enter — such as your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, preferred appointment times, insurance carrier and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This helps us keep the Site secure and working properly.

No method of internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive health details through the Site.
